Puma Complete Spectana Running Shoe Review

Testers found the Women’s Puma Complete Spectana to be a very well-cushioned shoe that provided ample stability on road and on some trails. The sandwich mesh upper provides great breathability. The reflective materials around the shoe made this a great, safe option for night runs. Puma integrated some of their best technologies into this shoe, with their M2D+ midsole saving about 30% weight and providing increased flexibility in the midsole. As a heel striker, our tester found the transition from heel to toe to be a very smooth one, thanks in large part of Puma’s use of CELL layers, which greatly reduces impact forces with every step. The CELLS also support a natural foot motion and slow the foot’s inclination to rotate inward. All in all, testers found the Puma Complete Spectana to be a great ride with an ideal amount of cushioning and support on both long runs and short!
