La Sportiva Wildcat Trail Running Shoe Review

The Wildcat is La Sportiva’s most cushioned trail running shoe. The Wildcat is a stable-neutral shoe that is extremely light weight compared to its’ competitors, weighing a mere 9.95 ounces. Testers raved about the lighter than air feel, roomy toe box that allowed for neutral toe positioning that prevented hot spots, and the excellent traction on sandy dirt trails and slick wet rocks. In addition, testers found the La Sportiva Wildcat to be extremely breathable and quick drying; perfect for hot runs and jumping through puddles on rainy runs. The Wildcat is a great all around trail shoe that can tackle all sorts of terrain and weather conditions. One potential downside for some individuals, the white color doesn’t stay white for too long, but that didn’t post too much of a problem for our testers.
